SAGE FORUM 2016

OBJECTIVE

SAGE celebrated SAGE FORUM 2016 on April 5th. , an event that brought together more than 2000 companies and professional firms. The debates and talks took place in a wide space that has a main auditorium and two secondary auditoriums, as well as an exhibition area for partners to make product demonstrations.

SOLUTION

We created a spectacular stage for the main auditorium and two somewhat smaller ones for the auxiliaries, playing with the materials, the lighting and the projection zones, spaces in which they could appear simultaneously and without interference to the speakers from contents, Twitter messages and all this embellished by the image of the event and the brand. 

For the exhibition area, different stand formats were created that were properly distributed in the available space, optimizing the visibility and access and stay of attendees in this area. 

We coordinated the pre-production of the props and decorative materials and the installation and start-up of the ephemeral decoration and audiovisual technical equipment, lighting, sound, and video streaming ... We produced the audiovisual that reflected the essence of the event.

During the celebration of the event we coordinated all technical activities in an integral way to guarantee the success of the event and the quality of service of the different suppliers that intervened.
